Yes!  You are encouraged to reach out to Kathryn via email upon completion of each module.  This writing process mimics the journaling practice, which allows reflections, feelings and decisions to be absorbed in deeper ways AND you will receive feedback in response from Kathryn (a long-time Creative & Psychotherapist).  There is also a live wrap-up Workshop where you will further explore & process your program experience while making a Roadmap for your creative goals.  

This is certainly a therapeutic experience & is designed/facilitated by Licensed Therapist but is not the same thing as therapy.  You are encouraged to seek individual therapy as a supplement to this deep-dive program if that feels right for you & your needs.  

Part of the life force for Creatives, Artists, or Crafters is the simple act of making.  Without energy for this part of life - wonder, awe, curiosity, and art-making dry up.  And this is so painful and empty feeling.  This program is designed by a Licensed Therapist who is equal parts Maker, and there is intimate familiarity by Kathryn for how and why Creatives lose their spark.  

There is no magic pill or wand (unfortunately!!) to immediately "feel better" BUT this program is a rich, seed-planting, deep-dive into the life experiences that have shaped your moods, your heartaches, your strengths, your resilience...  This program is a place to connect the dots of why you are the way you are so that you can make a master plan to move forward  - in life, art, values, and relationships.  

Absolutely no problem.  If you're able to make it through two modules per month, you're doing great.  Put 45 minutes in here & there at your own pace. Email Kathryn upon module completion, regardless of your timeline.  

The Live Workshop will be a time to discuss and explore how this experience was for you, what stood out, where you feel like you need to hone in or pay greater attention in your life AND there will be a roadmapping workbook section in the workshop so that creative goals are clearly identified and laid out.
