  • Use a variety of collage techniques to deepen self-awareness, identify & integrate the many parts of self, explore the dark or shadow experiences through a creative and softening lens, & tap into playful levity as the ‘overthinking brain’ is bypassed
  • Enjoy access to a Library of Art Therapy prompts, used anytime to deepen personal growth & insight 
  • Make SoulCollage cards alongside the collective energy of others while also maintaining a personal & private art making process
  • Creatively work to integrate the many parts of who you are,  where you've been, & what you now desire into ONE congruent understanding of your life (this is the beauty of the SoulCollage process!)

The Program:

  • Is beautifully & simply designed
  • Incorporates both live art-making sessions & self-paced resources, workshops, & workbooks in the online portal
  • Is designed & run by a long-time Art Therapist, Artist & Psychotherapist

  • Membership commitment is 3 months (the time it takes to actually develop any new weekly habit), after which cancellation can occur at anytime 
  • Members are encouraged to show up on Wednesdays even when feeling grumpy, tired, irritable, or stressed.  Self-care and creativity is available to us even in the messy, uninspired moments  :)
