Payment Details

  • Free up headspace so that creativity, ideas, connection, insight, and work-flow returns

You will:

  • Learn actionable skills to truly help manage and/or reduce ruminating thoughts, excessive worry or sadness
  • Engage in regular processing of the material via email with Kathryn
  • Create an action plan for change so that creative practice & living becomes a regular part of your life
